PRE-ARRIVAL

Airports & Transfers: 30 minutes by car from Pafos International Airport (15 km) and one and a half hours from Larnaca International Airport (120 km). Private taxi transfer can be arranged through the hotel.

Parking: Gated, on-site parking available at no additional cost. Please note that any vehicle obstructing emergency services access will be removed at driver's expense. Almyra accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to the contents of vehicles or the vehicle itself.

Getting around: Car hire can be arranged on arrival, motorbikes and bicycles also available. Bus directly outside the hotel goes to Pafos Airport and Pafos Harbour (for connection to town and Coral Bay).

External food items: Please note it is against our health and safety policy to permit external food and drinks onto our premises, including alcohol. We provide baby food and cater to individual dietary requirements please contact us before your visit to discuss any specific needs.

Special Dietary Requirements: Our Executive Chef will gladly tailor a menu to meet your individual needs, from allergies and intolerances to detox programmes. Please contact us before your visit to discuss your individual requirements.

Children's Clubs: We strongly recommend booking Children's Club arrangements in advance, especially during high season. See The Hotel section below for further information.

Baby Go Lightly: Take full advantage of our pioneering Baby Go Lightly service by ordering the following items before your visit: car seat for airport transfers, potties, training seats, high chairs, carriers, buggies, bottles and teats, sterilisers, bottle warmers, baby gyms, baby walkers, baby bathtubs, dry/swimming nappies, nappy bins, toiletries. Please note charges may apply.

Banking/payment: All major credit cards and cash accepted. Exchange facilities available. We are unable to accept personal cheques.

Pets: Pets are permitted (Please refer to our PET POLICY).

Entertainment: During high season, live music is played on most nights

Almyraspa: Open 08:00 20:00.

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the spa.

Swimming pools:  Almyra has a total of five freshwater swimming pools, including one indoors, one exclusively for adults, and one for infants.

- Eauzone Outdoor Pool (23.5 x 5m, depth 1.5m): open: 08:00-20:00; temp from 16-26°C (Winter - Summer); no children under 16 yrs.
- Almyraspa Indoor Pool: (9.7 x 5m, depth 1.3m): open: 08:00-20:00; temp from 28-30°C(November till May); No children under 16 yrs. 
- Infinity Pool (33 x 7m, depth 1.4m): open: Sunrise-Sunset; temp from 16-26°C (Winter - Summer); children must be supervised at all times; single depth so not suitable for very young children.
- Almyra Pool (11 x 21.5m, depth 0.5 – 1.6m): open: Sunrise-Sunset; temp from 16-26°C (Winter - Summer); children must be supervised at all times.
- Kids Pool (4.5 x 4.5m, depth 0.5m): open: Sunrise-Sunset; temp from 16-26°C (Winter - Summer); children must be supervised at all times.

Towels and refreshments are available. Children are not permitted to use the pools unattended. Use of floating toys discouraged for health and safety reasons. Please also note that sunbeds are available on a first come first served basis – any items left unoccupied for more than 40 minutes will be removed for security reasons.

Water sports centre:  Please note that our water sports activities are operated by expert external partners. Please adhere to all terms and conditions stated at time of booking. Available activities include: waterskiing, wakeboarding, sailing, windsurfing, parasailing, scuba diving (Golden Palm five-star Award), snorkelling, banana rides, tube rides. Rental available for stand-up paddleboards, canoes and pedalos, jet skis and various sizes of motorboats. RYA (Royal Yachting Association) certified sailing courses also available.

Leisure Facilities:Floodlight tennis court, table tennis, indoor gym and squash court (at Annabelle).
Board games and cards available in the lobby.

Shopping: Kult Boutique located in the courtyard, open 09:00 - 20:00. Designer fashion by Prada, Miu Miu, Etro, Jimmy Choo, Paul & Joe, Car Shoe, Heidi Klein, Villebrequin and Acqua di Parma; alongside holiday essentials, international newspapers and magazines.  

Children's Facilities:  Children’s Clubs available for ages 4 months to 12 years (see below) from April – October. Please note: Due to our very strict care policies, we are only able to accommodate children of the correct age within each age group.

PET POLICY

Welcome to Almyra! We look forward to providing a memorable stay for you and your dog. To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, the following policies apply to your dog’s stay.

- Dog Fee: Please be aware that a non-refundable dog fee of 25Euros per night will be charged to your account prior to check-out to cover the cost of additional and necessary cleaning in preparation for our next guest. Dogs are accepted in Terrace Garden View Rooms, Terrace Sea View Rooms and Kyma Suites only. 

- Acceptable Dogs: We welcome all well-mannered dogs which are housebroken, vaccinated and not bigger than 10 kilos. We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any dog that displays dangerous or unacceptable behaviour, including, but not limited to, biting, excessive noise (such as barking), evidence of disease, or urination / defecation in public areas. Each guest is responsible for all charges that relate to the removal of his / her dog, including but not limited to transportation and kennel charges.

- Dog Control / Containment in Public Areas: Dogs are allowed in the following areas: your bedroom and terrace and at our dogs’ playground by the spa., Dogs must be leashed, caged, or firmly held. Guest must have control of their dog at all times in order to avoid any altercations with other dogs or guests in the hotel.

Kindly note: The hotel is not liable for any dangerous or unacceptable behavior displayed by a dog and the guest will be liable to indemnify any third party for the injury and/or damage and/or loss caused by their dog.

- Dog in Room Sign: Please place the Dog in Room sign on the outside of your door whenever your dog is in your room.

- Housekeeping: For the safety and comfort of your dog, Housekeeping will enter your room only if: (a) your dog is not present, or (b) you are present and can monitor your dog, or (c) your dog is caged.
Kindly note: Housekeeping is not responsible for removal of dog waste from the rooms.

- Damage to Guest Rooms and Common Areas: ‘I will be responsible for the settlement of any damage caused by my dog’.

- Release & Indemnification: ‘I agree to release, defend, and indemnify Almyra and the General Manager from any and all claims or damages related to my dog or my dog’s stay at the Almyra, including any claims by third-parties.’

YOUR ROOM

Facilities: All our rooms are air-conditioned and some have a balcony or terrace, with two chairs and a small table (Inland View and Superior Sea View Rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows but no balcony). Some suites have roof terraces and sunbeds.  Twice-daily housekeeping. Laundry/dry cleaning is available.  See full list of amenities below.

In-room safe: In-room safes are provided purely for convenience. They are not intended as a substitute for the fireproof, front office safe – maintained by the hotel and available 24-hours – which we recommend for the safe-keeping of money, jewelry, documents and other articles of value. While we exercise every effort to ensure the safety and security of all personal items in guest rooms, please note that any items left in the room and/or in-room safe are done so at the risk and responsibility of the owner, and that the hotel is not liable or responsible for any loss, damage or destruction to these items by any means, including theft, fire or any other occurrence.

Mini bar: Our mini bars are for the sole use of mini bar items. In accordance with our health and safety policy, they are not to be used as refrigerators for personal perishable items (with the exception of medication and baby food). Any mini bar items removed will be considered consumed and charged accordingly.

In-room Dining: Available 24hrs

Environmental efforts: Please help us conserve energy and water by switching off your lights when leaving your room and placing your towels in the bath when you would like them to be changed.
