‘Achroon-Aosmon’ is an interdisciplinary project which brings together artists bridging contemporary music with contemporary photography. Based on “Aosmon”, a work for Solo Violin by the multi-awarded composer Christina Athinodorou, performed and recorded by renowned violinist Alda Dizdari, eight photographers from Cyprus, Romania and Greece explore how concepts and sounds inspire them to produce striking black and white images.
The photographers Thanos Savvidis, Simos Charalambous, Louloudia Gredi, Rafael Ianos, Charalambos Nicolaides, Eleni Onasoglou, Rita Tilkeridou and Corneliu Sarion, will share their striking work with the Paphos public once again as part of a Photo Exhibition hosted by the Almyra Hotel. Fragments of the music work will be heard through video.
