Almyra has introduced an exciting and sophisticated concept at Notios, the al fresco à la carte restaurant, which draws upon the purity of Japanese food and reflects the sensuality of Mediterranean taste. A strong advocate of experimentation in order to create a spectrum of flavours, textures and colours, our executive chef is also passionate about the power of honesty and restraint. The result is original, simple modern cuisine with culinary integrity.
Our chef has produced a series of surprise tasting menus (ranging from five to nine courses) which he calls ‘Omakase’, meaning “trust the chef” in Japanese. Each course reflects a different texture and flavour. The chef is happy to discuss the suitability of a particular menu the day before. Omakase dinners can also be arranged for private dining on the roof terraces of the Kyma Suites.
Notios is open for lunch and dinner in summmer, but only weather-permitting during the day from November to March.
