WEATHER
Summer Sunshine

If you're a sun worshipper then you won't be disappointed by the weather in Paphos during the summer months. June to August sees Paphos receiving around 13 hours of 32°C sunshine, but in late July and early August temperatures can often be in the high 30's.

The summer temperatures make the Paphos beaches perfect for sunbathing, and the sea is warm enough for all day swimming and watersports. In September and October the temperatures are still around the 30°C mark and give around nine hours of sunshine per day.

Further inland the peak summer temperatures can be considerably higher, so a local favorite destination to escape the high temperatures and humidity is the magnificent Troodos mountain range, which is typically 10°C-12°C cooler and sports fantastic skiing facilities in the winter months.

Winter Weather

Cyprus is known as the island of sun and it is no different in the winter. December to February sees temperatures of around 18°C and you will still gain around five hours of sunshine per day. An April Easter break in Paphos will see you topping up a tan with eight hours of sunshine per day and temperatures hitting 24°C. There is very little rainfall in Paphos, usually around 20 days per year between December and February.

The recently built marina and seafront promenade rebuilt and extendend in 2008 has been completely renovated around the beautiful beaches surrounding Almyra and Annabelle. Private sunbathing areas have been created for our guests and facilities have been provided for the whole family.
