Make the most of Almyra’s integrated approach to health and wellbeing with our expert-run Triathlon and Biking Training Camps. Combine a winter sun holiday with your own bespoke training programme, featuring a broad range of structured daily sessions including open water swims in the crystal clear turquoise waters of the Mediterranean, pool diagnostic sessions and extensive road cycle routes on varied gradients. Running sessions take place on coastal paths and coastal trails, as well as the seafront.

Triathlon and Biking Camps from November 2016 – April 2017, fitness enthusiasts can combine a winter sun holiday with the newly launched Triathlon Camps at Almyra. The bespoke weekly programme will feature a broad and varied range of structured sessions that participants can chose to partake in while enjoying a holiday at Almyra. Daily activities for the Triathlon Camps include open water swims in the crystal clear turquoise waters of the Mediterranean, pool diagnostic sessions and extensive road cycle routes on varied gradients. Running sessions take place on coastal paths and coastal trails, as well as the beachfront.

Triathlon Camps: (new dates are coming soon)

General:
- The Camps last six days (seven nights), with 2-3 activities per day
- Aims include improvement of the following
- Swimming technique and form
- Cycling fitness and skills
- Running fitness

PROGRAMME
- Open water swimming (OWS), with or without a wetsuit depending on water temperature
- Scenic hilly guided road cycling sessions, almost daily
- Stops for local coffee to boost alertness
- Running sessions along the beach front as a group

PREREQUISITES
- Ages 19 and over
- Able to complete a 40km bike ride with ease
- Prior completion of a triathlon (preferred but subject to circumstance).
